- Payment options available on our Website include:
– for delivery within 5 km radius of our workshop, cash on delivery/COD for orders under VND 500,000 or local bank transfer.
– for delivery outside of the 5 km radius of our workshop but within Vietnam, local bank transfer.
Shipping and delivery:
- All orders are shipped from the Very Ngon Homewares’ workshop in Cau Kieu Ward (formerly Phu Nhuan District), Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
- Delivery/postage costs within Vietnam: a flat fee of VND 30,000 (+ VAT) is applied to each order.
- Prices for delivery or postage are subject to change without notice.
- Delivery or postage timeframes:
– for delivery within 5 km radius of our workshop: delivery will be organised within 1-2 working days after the order has been received by us.
– for delivery that is more than 5 km radius from our workshop but within Vietnam: orders will be sent by Vietnam Post, with domestic shipping taking anytime from 3 days to 2 weeks, depending on the area it is being sent.

Order cancellation:
- You may cancel an order up to 24 hours after placing it. Please refer to our Refunds and Returns Policy for further details.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order or part of an order without any liability to the customer for that cancellation at any time if:
– the requested products in that order are not available; or
– there is an error in the price or the product description posted on the Site in relation to the relevant product in that order; or
– that order has been placed in breach of these Terms.
Returns and refunds:
- Returns are accepted within 21 days of delivery.
- Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days once the returned item is received by us.
