General principles:
- The majority of our products are hand-printed by staff at our Ho Chi Minh City workshop. As a result, each of these prints will be a little different from one to the next. You should, however, expect a high-quality print, in addition to a well-made product when you purchase our products.
- Our Limited Warranty covers defects in printing, as well as fabrics, components or workmanship for 1 year from the purchase date.
- Our Limited Warranty excludes damage from improper care/washing, wear or use.
- If you wish to make a warranty claim, you need to make it within the period and we may offer to repair, replace or refund for valid claims after investigation.
What’s covered:
- Print quality: when washing/care instructions provided have been followed, defects such as unreasonable fading or colour bleeding.
- Manufacturing defects: flaws in fabric, defective components (such as zips, tassels, etc), manufacturing or stitching/sewing errors.
What’s not covered:
- Normal wear and tear resulting in a reasonable amount of fading or deterioration from regular use and washing over time.
- Damage caused by incorrect washing (such as washing by machine when instructions state hand washing is required, using hot water, harsh detergents, etc), drying, ironing or storage.
- Accidental damage after delivery (such as, but not limited to, rips, burns and inappropriate use).
- Alterations or modifications undertaken by the purchaser or others.
Warranty period & process:
- Duration: 1 year.
- Claim Process: to make a warranty claim for a Very Ngon Homewares’ product or a product you purchased online with us, you should identify the defect, provide the date of purchase, advise where you made the purchase, provide photo/s of the product/defect, and contact us via one of the communication channels listed below.
