Refunds & Returns - Saigon Post Office

Thank you for your recent purchase from our online shop, https://veryngonhomewares.com. We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products so we hope you are happy with the item/s you have purchased. We understand however that there might be times when you want to cancel your order, request a refund or return or exchange an item. This policy provides you with the details about when you are eligible to do this.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you have made a mistake on your order or you need to cancel it for some reason, you may cancel your order up to 24 hours after placing it.

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible by calling Ms Hieu on +84 (0) 903 770 291, as we pack our orders shortly after we receive them.

You can also send us an email at hello@veryngonhomewares.com with “Order Cancellation” in the subject line. Please email us all of your details, including the order number for us to cancel your order. We will confirm your cancellation by email.

REFUNDS

Refunds are available in the following circumstances:

– The item received by you is damaged or faulty.

– The product is significantly different from what was shown on our website or in the information provided in our product description.

– The item you purchased never arrives.

ITEMS THAT ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

– Sale items (unless they are faulty or damaged).

– Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or altered, shows obvious signs of use or has missing parts for reason not due to our error.
– An item you have purchased on our website but you have since change your mind about.

– Any item that is returned more than 14 days after it was received by you.

– Any item that was received by you but where you did not initiate a refund/exchange discussion with us for more than 14 days after you received it.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

While we do not provide a refund on sale items or when you have changed your mind after a purchase, we may at our discretion, offer you a replacement, exchange or credit.

REFUND AND EXCHANGE PROCESS (IF APPLICABLE)

Please inspect your online order when you receive it and notify us of any fault, damage or other issues within 14 days of delivery.

If you believe an item purchased meets the criteria for a refund, return or exchange, please email us the details at hello@veryngonhomewares.com. We will require a receipt or other proof that you purchased the item from our veryngonhomewares.com website.

Due to COVID-19, there unfortunately are some countries where deliveries may not arrive for up to 6 weeks. Given the current potential for shipping delays, we ask for your patience. We do not provide refunds for any lost postal items until after at least 6 weeks you made your purchase. Postal tracking numbers can be supplied on request.

We will advise you within 14 days of receiving your email if we agree in principal or not to provide you with a refund, exchange or credit.

When returning an item to us, you are responsible for the shipping costs to Vietnam. We recommend that you choose registered delivery with insurance as we will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Items returned to Very Ngon Homewares must be returned in their original condition. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you about our decision to refund, exchange or provide credit.

If we approve a refund, it will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days of our decision/notification.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), for example items with obvious signs of use.

If we do not approve a refund, we may replace the item with the same product, exchange the item for something else that you have request or provide you with a credit. We will notify you about this. Items that we agree to replace, exchange or provide credit for will be to the same value of the original item purchased and returned to us. A credit will be held by us for up to a maximum of 12 months of our notification to you. We are not responsible to send any follow up emails about the expiry date of your credit.

If you are exchanging an item and the replacement product is of greater value, we will send you an invoice for the difference. The replacement item will not be sent to you until we have received the difference.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
